Buyer Information, Transaction Terms & Additional Terms
- All information must be complete and accurate.
- Verify the exact legal buyer or entity name.
- Review the purchase price, earnest money deposit, anticipated closing date, inspection period, and all other transaction terms.
- An “Additional Terms” section must always be included in the buyer questionnaire and agreement-preparation process.
- Additional Terms must be shown even when the field is blank so Mike can confirm whether the correct entry is “None.”
- Immediately report any incorrect or missing information.
